It’s going to colder and darker seasons, and then it’s nice to wear a pair of crocheted wrist warmers. The yarn i have crochet with is Moshi from svarta fåret, to one pair wrist warmers you need 29g yarn and to the edge 8g yarn with hook 3,5
Pattern is in US-terms.
- start to chain 40.
- start to Crochet the first dc in the fourth chain from the hook, crochet 1dc in every ch (38dc)
- turn you work, crochet 1dc in the backloop in every dc, (the first dc is ch3) .
- repeat row 3 until you have crochet 15 rows.
- On row 16 you crochet your mittens togheter, fold the work in the middle towards the edging edge. join 13dc togheter, crochet 6dc in the backloop (this is for the thumb) join the other dc togheter, see picture how to join the mittens. The second mittens is mirrored: join first 19dc, crochet 6 dc for the thumb, join the rest dc to the end.
1. crochet 1dc in the backloop. 2. take the chain off the hook. 3. pull the hook through the chain on the start chain. 4. put the chain from the dc on the hook. 5. yarn over. 6. pull the yarn through the both chain on the hook. for the thumb. Crochet 2hdc around every dc on the both sides. crochet 3rows with 16hdc around the thumb. The edge: 1sc ch3 1sc between every 2dc group. The thumb edge: *1sc ch3 1sc between hdc, jump over 1hdc* repeat *__*
